Anyway, thanks for pointing this out, some words have now been added to the post to clarify this. The point remains that there can be ways in which people contribute to the incidence of earthquakes, such as through fracking which is done a lot in the U.S. and is linked to earthquakes as discussed in recent posts such as <a href="http://www.livescience.com/48294-fracking-caused-ohio-earthquakes.html" rel="nofollow">this one</a>.
